「First of all, if you book this property you're going to get hundreds of messages from the host prior to even going with several forms to fill out and online check-ins to complete and upgrades to buy, etc. We paid $269 for one night plus an extra $50 for a pet plus they then wanted extra money to check in early or check out late or reserve parking because there's only 3 parking spots in the back (for A LOT of rooms). 「Great stay at Cutwater. We would book this inn again for sure. They do not have dedicated parking but there was never any shortage of available free on street parking within a few hundred feet of the front door and we were there during 4th of July weekend. There is a secure parking garage 400 feet away and tons of public metered parking downtown if necessary. Almost everything we wanted to do in Newburyport was within walking distance of Cutwater which kept our weekend really relaxed. The suite...

「Room was disgusting. We were unable to shower for our entire stay due to mold and work looking things in the tub. Sink wouldn’t drain. Room was overall gross. The only good thing about this place was the pool. The one with the water slide is completely closed. Coffee was not drinkable each day and we had to drive to get our own upon waking up.」
