「Pros: The issue with the air conditioning was addressed fairly quickly, and the on-site handyman did an excellent job. The proximity to Newburyport was also a major plus. Cons: While the room appeared tidy, it wasn’t as clean as expected. The property is located directly behind a very loud restaurant/bar, making it quite noisy, and the surrounding area wasn’t particularly appealing. Considering the price, it was disappointing overall. 「The room was extremely clean, nothing out of place. The staff was delightful! Very helpful when I was trying to figure out how to find laundry detergent at the front desk shop. The breakfast spread is very tasty as well, the kids loved the make your own waffles station.
