「The room was very clean. The property was fantastic. It was too cold to use the pool but both the pool and pool area were amazing. Loved that we had two chairs on the deck outside of our room that faced the pool to sit and relax on. Staff was amazing especially the manager (forgot her name). The Surfhouse a very short walk to the ocean and everything!!! We will be staying again. Book it you will LOVE it!!!!」

「We checked in. And they said we were all set. Then two hours later they called me and said “we have you the wrong key to the wrong house” when we walk back to the check in they tell us because of they’re mistake they took all of our stuff in the rooms and moved it to the other room, then they also found our car keys and moved our car. We were here for an event at Wally's across the street. The Kitterey outlets are a 20 minute drive. Could not ask for a better location. Would definitely book again if in the area. 」

When we got to our room, they were in the middle of replacing the blinds, and everything was on the beds, scrap, papers, wrapping etc. We had to go tell the lady. Then we noticed a dirty towel, as if someone had wiped his mouth after eating chocolate. Then I tried to take a shower, no water. Had to go down again ; they had forgotten to turn the water on ! 「The Hotel is clean and the Ocean Front Balcony King bed room was large and very nice. The staff are friendly and check in and out was efficient. Vallet staff were excellent. My wife and I really like The Ashworth by the Sea The only issue we had was their was no hot water in the shower So for the cost we paid for 1 night it was disappointing to not have hot water for a shower in the morning. We will be back again, bit will check the shower after arrival」

「I was upgraded upon arrival during a rainstorm traveling alone with my 5 year old. The lady was so kind. The room was perfect for traveling with/without kids.
