「It was a great location near restaurants and Hampton Beach and very comfortable and clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful and we would definitely visit again.
The hinges on the bathroom door need some WD40 and the coffee and hot water for the tea in the Keurig tasted like chlorine. Small fixable things that did little to interfere with a great time!」

「My cousin and I travel a lot, and this property was absolutely perfect for us. It was close to the beach, so clean and cute inside and the office staff were so accommodating. We would recommend this place 100%. Such a great stay. We even stayed during the off-season when most things were closed and would still recommend staying.」

「Very friendly and helpful staff. Rustic, but spotless and had everything we needed. Assigned a parking spot just for us which was very helpful. We were here for an event at Wally's across the street. The Kitterey outlets are a 20 minute drive. Could not ask for a better location. Would definitely book again if in the area. 」

「The motel is ok, probably fine for a summer place to be near the beach. It was fairly cold when we checked in and apparently the rooms we were put in have no heat. So we had to ask the front desk for space heaters, which they happily brought and did keep the place very warm.
It's no frills, but the bed was comfortable enough and it was close to Wally's where we were going, so it did the job for us just fine.」
