「The room was clean and comfortable plenty of space for two. We had the 2 bed queen room. A perfect place to stay for a show at the Casino Ballroom. It’s nice to park the car and be able to walk everywhere. The staff was friendly and welcoming.」

Then two hours later they called me and said “we have you the wrong key to the wrong house” when we walk back to the check in they tell us because of they’re mistake they took all of our stuff in the rooms and moved it to the other room, then they also found our car keys and moved our car. 「Very friendly and helpful staff. Rustic, but spotless and had everything we needed. Assigned a parking spot just for us which was very helpful. We were here for an event at Wally's across the street. The Kitterey outlets are a 20 minute drive. Could not ask for a better location. Would definitely book again if in the area. 」

「Pains me a bit to write a not so good review, the owners were actually very nice, but we encountered things that shouldn’t happen. When we got to our room, they were in the middle of replacing the blinds, and everything was on the beds, scrap, papers, wrapping etc. We had to go tell the lady. Then we noticed a dirty towel, as if someone had wiped his mouth after eating chocolate. Then I tried to take a shower, no water. Had to go down again ; they had forgotten to turn the water on ! 「We stayed 2 nights and the hot water wasn't working each time we went to use it on all three days we were there. Each day we reported it and it was fixed until the next day we went to us it and it wasn't hot. My cousin had the room next to us same thing. We were on the second floor and the people above were so noisy all day and night long . The hotel relocated my cousin after 1 night but I didn't want to go thru the move but should have.
