「Love everything! From the beautiful retro room to the heated floors in the bay to the comfy bed. We love the decor and we need some relaxing time. Wife and I wish it was warmer to see the property and water views but it was cold! Maybe we come back in the summer 」

Just your hot food is fresh other than that. The other things are mediocre but all in all I still give it a good rating because I keep going back because it is nice to stay there.」

「I ended up in the hospital for two nights. I was booked for just one. They held my things for the. Extra night. I am on disability. They didn't charge me. I so appreciated that. A beautiful hotel」

The location is absolutely perfect for enjoying everything downtown Portsmouth has to offer, food, shopping, and sightseeing. 10/10 would recommend!」

「I’ve stayed here a couple times it was late when I got in. It was difficult to even get a cup of tea and the person at the desk acted like she was annoyed. The place is clean. The beds are comfortable. I keep coming back for that one reason otherwise I wouldn’t stay there. Staff should get an attitude adjustment. . Staff should get a attitude adjustment. 」
