Why don’t they have to wear name tags??? We were in room 342 (the SAME ROOM we stayed in May of 2025!) and could NOT GET HOT WATER!! When we complained at the desk, they sent someone up (AGAIN WITH NO NAME TAG or identification indicating he WORKED THERE!!) and told us in order to get hot water for a shower you have to run the...

「Excellent hotel! Breakfast is good. They even provide light dinner for free! Room is big with kitchen! Must stay next time! Parking is an issue, but I travel with a residence friend here. It is not an issue to me.」
