「this was a perfect stay for me. I was fishing two days and needed two nights stay. super clean, nice room, great bed, friendly at the front desk, quiet, easy parking and several entrances so you can get right to your car. I had a great stay.」

「We stayed here for one night and we loved it. It’s at a great location. Close to Newburyport center where all the stores and restaurants are. We arrived late so we did not get a chance to experience the restaurant they have at the facility. The room was beautiful and very clean. Everything was provided. Loved the coastal decor vibe. Easy to check in with a code after 5pm. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.」

「Greeted by very friendly staff. Very clean room, bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have a couple of chairs on the small but adequate deck to enjoy drinks. Perfect location to walk a short distance to most of what we wanted to do. Easy to walk to many restaurants but still enough away to be quiet. Would recommend and come back again. A/C unit not central air in room was the only downside. Still full of northern old charm.」

「This is a cute vintage property that has been nicely refreshed and has a wonderful complementary breakfast that includes fresh fruit, granola, homemade coffee cake. It is well off the road and quiet. Lots of trees. The room price was very reasonable! Don’t expect frills, but the basics are done well. The room had a microwave and a nice size fridge.」

「I was upgraded upon arrival during a rainstorm traveling alone with my 5 year old. The lady was so kind. The room was perfect for traveling with/without kids. Bed was cozy, room clean, dishes all spotless with all the amenities one needs. Soap, paper towel, coffee, real cups, pots, utensils. Nautical theme in the room was super cute. 「The girl that works at the check in desk allowed us to check in early which helped us get some sleep after an early flight. Walls are thick. Very quiet. The beach is right down the road and if you have pets, Drake’s Island is one of my favorites. There are lots of really good restaurants nearby. Beachfire has really good food. Horizons Family Restaurant is literally in walking distance from the Inn which serves breakfast. Mike’s All Day Breakfast in Kennebunk was really good. If you like Mexican...
