「Lobby and room was clean, check in was timely and efficient. Location is convenient. The room required some maintenance, however . The shower did not drain well. Unfortunately on the 3rd night of the stay I was awakened by the sound of running water- it was dripping down from the ceiling around the sprinkler system head and through the light fixture over the bathroom sink-, a plumbing issue from above. Resolved with a call to the front desk, but it was as an unfortunate awakening. I left that...

「Love everything! From the beautiful retro room to the heated floors in the bay to the comfy bed. We love the decor and we need some relaxing time. Wife and I wish it was warmer to see the property and water views but it was cold! Maybe we come back in the summer 」

「Excellent hotel! Breakfast is good. They even provide light dinner for free! Room is big with kitchen! Must stay next time! Parking is an issue, but I travel with a residence friend here. It is not an issue to me.」

「Staff made a terrible mistake during check-In and charged a Hold for my room charges again despite the Front Desk Staff and Manager knowing and confirming that I had prepaid more than $1,100 for my Stay. Was there for my Son’s Graduation which adversely impacted my enjoyment of something I’ve waited a long time for. Staff, even today during Check Out, blamed my Bank for their charge error. Reached out to the General Manager and incredibly have not received any response.」

「Completely impersonal. No coffee in the room. Lobby coffee maker did not work with no instructions. Toilet was not properly installed. Location and bedding was great.」

「Daytime desk clerk on 5/21 was extremely pleasant and helpful. We needed some seafood to remain frozen overnight, and she and Chris made that happen. Then she brought some ice to our room for our drinks. The attached restaurant felt historic (as it certainly is); the food was great; and the service/hospitality warm.」
