「It's an old building- expect for an old building odor and poor sound proofing. It's clean though.」

「The room had an overwhelming mold smell that was covered by bleach. The bathroom door didnt close because the door had swollen from the moisture. Bedding and pillows smelled of mildew. Staff were friendly.」

「Very clean, modern and comfortable. The nice touches they do with the infused water, specialty signature drink and the rooftop deck is a huge plus. This is my favorite hotel in Portsmouth. My only problem with this last stay is the “harbor view” rooms are no long harbor view. They are of new condos blocking any view from the hotel except maybe on the top floor.
