「Very clean, modern and comfortable. The nice touches they do with the infused water, specialty signature drink and the rooftop deck is a huge plus. This is my favorite hotel in Portsmouth. My only problem with this last stay is the “harbor view” rooms are no long harbor view. They are of new condos blocking any view from the hotel except maybe on the top floor. This should be updated by the hotel booking options because I paid extra for a harbor view room and did not get a view at all! However,...

The elevator kept breaking down and with a bad knee on the 3rd floor with a sold out hotel it was a little frustrating but the staff did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
