「Excellent hotel! Breakfast is good. They even provide light dinner for free! Room is big with kitchen! Must stay next time! Parking is an issue, but I travel with a residence friend here. It is not an issue to me.」

「Stayed for 3 nights and slept great each night. Comfy beds, clean rooms and nice free parking underneath the building. Our room smelled a little funky like mold, but we were truly only there to sleep as we spent the rest of the time a short drive away at Hampton Beach. My kids loved the pool. I wish the hot tub wasn’t still under maintenance as that’s why I chose this hotel l.」

「I was not impressed by this property for a few reasons: cleanliness wasn't great, the bedding was rough to the touch and frayed on the side, we only had 3 bath towels for 4 people in the room, and the air conditioning was not adequate for the hot weather. We could not adjust the temperature lower.」

「Very clean, modern and comfortable. The nice touches they do with the infused water, specialty signature drink and the rooftop deck is a huge plus. This is my favorite hotel in Portsmouth. My only problem with this last stay is the “harbor view” rooms are no long harbor view. They are of new condos blocking any view from the hotel except maybe on the top floor.
