This was extremely important for our stay considering my son is autistic and requires sensory relief. The listing is false advertisement. Tim, who worked at the front desk did not handle the situation properly, not only did he offer no compensation and/or token of apology, but laughed in our faces when we were visibly upset about the circumstances....

「Homewood’s Inn & Suite is a very nice, well-maintained, & friendly staff. I stayed for two nights for an out of town wedding. The check-in and check-out process were easy and seem less. My room was roomy and clean with all the necessities included. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and offered a wide variety of food. 「Hotel is no frills and serves its main purpose. Our check-in experience was ok, room was clean, a/c worked and our bed was comfortable. Plenty of parking and close to supermarket. The front desk needs staff present at all times. Although there is a bell to ring for someone, upon check-in hours and later in evening, and following morning, no one is at the FRONT.
