"Beautiful historic hotel in a fantastic location. The rooms are spacious, clean, and new. We had a full kitchen suite and a very large bathroom. The setup is atypical in that there is no staff onsite. This really is not a problem so long as you know not to expect a traditional hotel staff. My only complaint is that the technology used for checking in remotely is not good. I had to attempt checking multiple times and the way check in information is communicated is not streamlined. This is a minor grievance considering the bang for your buck you get in staying at the Treadwell. There is room for improvement for the check in process. Regardless of this, I highly recommend staying here over other hotels."
