Loved the location! The room was very spacious and we received an upgrade which was just what the doctor ordered! 2 bedrooms with exceptionally comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms were very much appreciated and perfect for us, I would definitely stay here again!

Nice location - just a couple of miles to downtown Portsmouth- easy Uber ride. Restaurant not far- quick walk. Room was clean though had a musty odor but tolerable. Would stay again

Historic beautiful building on the Main Street, restaurants and shopping right outside the door. Street parking, ocean across the street. Very quaint. Room was small, definitely needing upgrading!

After driving 16 hours, we arrived early to this hotel. I fully expected to have to pay for an additional night however to my surprise they allowed an early check in. What service!! We couldn’t be more happy with the kindness shown to two very tired travelers. Exceptional service and welcoming atmosphere. 5 stars for the general manager of this hotel!

Overall a good property. Our room had a very musty smell in it. Like the room had been heavily smoked in. The water this morning wasn’t hot. It was warm enough but could have been better. Mattress was uncomfortable. Otherwise we liked the property and would stay there again. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
