「The front desk associate at check-in, set the tone for our stay. Yura, was very kind and understanding. I especially appreciated her kindness after a ten hour car ride. 「It was hard to find the drive entrance. We had to use Onstar because the entrance was NOT well marked - the sign (easily missed) simply stated lodging. The driveway had to go through an entrance that passed power transmission before getting to the hotel. They should have a FAIRFIELD INN sign instead of lodging.」

「We love the summit resort. The amenities such as the pool, game room, and outdoor space is great. The one negative is the 200.00 hold on our card. I thought that was a bit excessive for one night. However, the property is beautiful, spacious, and offers great amenities. 」
