「Overall compared to other hotels that I have stayed at that one was not that great mainly because my bathroom floors were dirty and they had ran out of towels at one point. It was just not what I expected I should say.」

「Our family was extremely disappointed with our stay. We picked this hotel specifically, due to the listing indicating that the hotel had a pool. This was extremely important for our stay considering my son is autistic and requires sensory relief. The listing is false advertisement. Tim, who worked at the front desk did not handle the situation properly, not only did he offer no compensation and/or token of apology, but laughed in our faces when we were visibly upset about the circumstances....

「All around good place to stay」

「Hotel is no frills and serves its main purpose. Our check-in experience was ok, room was clean, a/c worked and our bed was comfortable. Plenty of parking and close to supermarket. The front desk needs staff present at all times. Although there is a bell to ring for someone, upon check-in hours and later in evening, and following morning, no one is at the FRONT. Always have to ring bell and eventually someone appears. Neon paper signs taped up in lobby area is a bit tacky. Breakfast is very...

「As a paying family of 5 who required the sofa bed, we were disappointed to discover that the linens for the sofa bed were not in the room. This was our second hotel of the trip and the second hotel that did not have what we needed. Very disappointing. Not only that, but one of the cards did not work to open the door.
