「I really wanted to like Kittery Inn and Suites, but the room felt less “cozy coastal stay” and more “forgotten storage unit with plumbing.” The room was dirty, including the toilet seat and floor. The “sofa” appeared to be outdoor furniture dressed up with cheap foam pads and tired old cushion covers, which was certainly a choice. The lobby had ice all the time so make iced coffees; they were great for on-the-go mornings. The toiletries and diffusers all used very pleasant essential oils that were calming and not intrusive.」
