「Our family was extremely disappointed with our stay. We picked this hotel specifically, due to the listing indicating that the hotel had a pool. This was extremely important for our stay considering my son is autistic and requires sensory relief. The listing is false advertisement. Tim, who worked at the front desk did not handle the situation properly, not only did he offer no compensation and/or token of apology, but laughed in our faces when we were visibly upset about the circumstances....

The location is very good, shopping and dining are convenient, the front desk is fast, the room has no odor, the location is easy to find, and there is free wireless internet. I chose a family room, that can accommodate 5 people. The price is very cost-effective and the stay experience is good! It is worth recommending this hotel.」

「Hotel is no frills and serves its main purpose. Our check-in experience was ok, room was clean, a/c worked and our bed was comfortable. Plenty of parking and close to supermarket. The front desk needs staff present at all times. Although there is a bell to ring for someone, upon check-in hours and later in evening, and following morning, no one is at the FRONT. 「We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights with my wife and 2 kids and all had good time there, though we only spent nights and visited places during the day. Very good quality for the price.」

「Waited almost 15 minutes to check in because the front desk staff were not present. Also, the floor in the room as dirty because my white socks are black on the bottom. The sink drained super slow, lightbulb above the hot tub in the room was flickering bad and the room is overdue for a face lift.
