This is such an interesting place to stay! It’s an old beer warehouse converted into shops on the ground floor, then guest rooms on the second floor and then private residences on the top. The parking is a bit strange. You park across the street in the church lot. They will give you a parking pass to display. There is a flight of stairs to climb with your suitcase and then a security door. Around the corner is the elevator and up to the second floor you go. The rooms are decent sized and clean. I had an issue with the lock and Peter came out promptly to help. It’s seems you have to jiggle the key a bit. All went well until the last day and it took four tries to get it open. Oh course it was when I needed to get in quickly! Change the lock on room number 6 please. This property is located on the edge of Market Square so everything is walking distance. Colbys for breakfast and Portsmouth Brewery for awesome beer.
