「The initial check in was rather confusing as the valet told me I needed to check in and get paperwork before he would park my car. When I told the young gentleman inside, he informed me that the valet’s information was incorrect. The valet should have given me a ticket and taken my car. Eventually it was taken care of.」

「Very clean, modern and comfortable. The nice touches they do with the infused water, specialty signature drink and the rooftop deck is a huge plus. This is my favorite hotel in Portsmouth. My only problem with this last stay is the “harbor view” rooms are no long harbor view. They are of new condos blocking any view from the hotel except maybe on the top floor. This should be updated by the hotel booking options because I paid extra for a harbor view room and did not get a view at all! However,...
