「Great location (very near Exeter)」

「This place was at a convention location fir the activities I had planned; however, not ONCE they made an attempt to clean the room. I had booked a room with 2 queen beds and that was helpful as I switched beds during my stay. When I asked the front desk how often they clean the rooms they said every other day but they were very short handed and asked if I needed anything. I asked for towels and a working fridge as the one in the room wasn’t working and the food I place in there spoiled. She...

「I loved the room colors and bedding. The rug was very nice, but needed cleaning. I enjoyed swimming in the pool, but that needed cleaning as well. I would stay there again. I just hope they up their game on the cleaning. It is away from the hustle and bustle farther south which is what I wanted. There is plenty of parking and you can walk across the street to the beach. 「Very clean, modern and comfortable. The nice touches they do with the infused water, specialty signature drink and the rooftop deck is a huge plus. This is my favorite hotel in Portsmouth. My only problem with this last stay is the “harbor view” rooms are no long harbor view. They are of new condos blocking any view from the hotel except maybe on the top floor.
