「We needed an umbrella for the beach, and the host graciously let us use one she had. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach. The only negative was the stale smell of smoke in our room. As we were only staying one night, we just made do. 」

「Stayed for 3 nights and slept great each night. Comfy beds, clean rooms and nice free parking underneath the building. Our room smelled a little funky like mold, but we were truly only there to sleep as we spent the rest of the time a short drive away at Hampton Beach. My kids loved the pool. I wish the hot tub wasn’t still under maintenance as that’s why I chose this hotel l.」

「Pros: The issue with the air conditioning was addressed fairly quickly, and the on-site handyman did an excellent job. The proximity to Newburyport was also a major plus. Cons: While the room appeared tidy, it wasn’t as clean as expected. 「It was a quick trip and only needed a place to stay for 1 night and it did the trick. Front desk super friendly. We did not use the amenities but the pool looked nice. The room was clean. In order to get to the back of one of the buildings that our room was in you had to walk through this hallway which was very hot and didn’t look well maintained but that’s pretty much rhetorical only negative.」

「This place was at a convention location fir the activities I had planned; however, not ONCE they made an attempt to clean the room. I had booked a room with 2 queen beds and that was helpful as I switched beds during my stay. When I asked the front desk how often they clean the rooms they said every other day but they were very short handed and asked if I needed anything. Then two hours later they called me and said “we have you the wrong key to the wrong house” when we walk back to the check in they tell us because of they’re mistake they took all of our stuff in the rooms and moved it to the other room, then they also found our car keys and moved our car.
