「The location of this property was great, on the perimeter of downtown Portsmouth which is a wonderful little city. The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, both for good selection and the taste. My biggest complaint is that it was very noisy in my room. The AC unit is the loudest I've ever heard. A few times I thought it was a nearby train when it started running. Also the people in the room above me woke me up at 1 AM doing something. I didn't hear voices...

「Mattress was comfortable but we did have to ask for a set of sheet for the pull out couch. Staff was polite, breakfast was basically good though I had 3 kids with me that wanted pancakes but the pancake maker was broken. The cinnamon rolls were amazing! Location was convenient. Pool area was very tidy and clean and did have towels available. There was no coffee pot in the room. Being that we had a number of people staying, which was disclosed with the reservation, they're definitely could have...

「The woman that checked us in was very polite and helpful. The room was very clean. All the necessary soaps and linens were available. The bed was a little softer than we are used to, but still very comfortable. The A/C unit was easy to control. Breakfast the next morning was plentiful and fresh! A good assortment of cereals, bakery items, juice, hot items (make your own waffles, a pre-made omelet tea, sausage patties and home fries). Would definitely book this hotel again.」

「This was our second year staying here. This time unfortunately wasn’t as good as last year. The room wasn’t very clean upon arrival. Hair clogged the shower drain and the floors were unclean with food still on them. On top of that the window was broken and the roof top bar played loud music late in the night keeping us up. Good perks are parking and the indoor heated pool. Would stay here again just felt like it was a bit different this year with lack of welcoming staff and overall sanitation....

「My room was not as clean as I was hoping. There was still leftover stuff on the stove that I scrubbed off. The pans and stuff all had this weird film to it even after I washed it. The cups didn’t feel or look super clean and my sheets and pillow had little hairs on it. Although I asked for new sheets those had hair too so I shook everything off and tried to move on. The room itself was great and super spacious just felt like it overall could’ve been cleaner. Even the carpet seemed a little old....
