「I will preface my review with the fact that we never actually checked in, so I cannot speak to the cleanliness of the property and j am an honest person. However I’d like to leave a review for the calllus and cold hearted property manager so that all potential customers are aware. 「HOT WATER!!!! Turned on the water for the shower, never got warm or hot, was cold. Called the front desk, on hold for 6 minutes, called back on hold for while again then hung up on. Called back and was told our room is far away from the boiler and it takes a while for the water to warm up!! Pretty amazing huh」
