「I rented this room because it had a heated pool,but they had it closed..so nooo pool! There should be an elevator for disabled people..there was no hot water?! And not enough towels..I will not go again..」

「What a lovely property! It was so quaint and quiet for an Inn. The property was very clean, plenty of hot water, an excellent breakfast with both hot and cold items, all staff were very pleasant and had ample smiles. They kept the old-school decor of an inn. It truly was lovely…also walkable to downtown Old Orchard Beach and the Pier. I already have a reservation for this property for later this summer. I am looking forward to it.」

「The room was clean. I appreciated the staff giving me a room closer to the ocean for a better view. The staff was also helpful suggesting a restaurant that had a couple gluten free offerings. It would be nice to have a coffee pot in the rooms or have coffee available in the office at 6:00 AM. Thank you for your hospitality.」

「First and foremost, the staff here are wonderful and the property is beautiful. We have stayed 2x so far and it won't be our last! Great location, clean rooms, very comfy beds and nice views. I can't comment on the pool because both times we stayed was out of season. But it's a straight shot to the beach and OOB is a short walk. The location is perfect. Only downside is the train that comes by. But honestly, if you're doing it right you will be so dead tired you won't care. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️」

「I would have given this two stars if it wasn’t for the location. The front desk staff is nice. I booked an ocean “front” room which based off of the photos should have been what it says. Instead we had ocean “view” but were right up above the pool which could be noisy and not private. Our first day we asked for more towels and no one ever brought any. Left our maid service sign out both days, no one came to clean. Second day someone left some towels in the room but that’s it. Our deadbolt lock...

「Stains on pillows and sheets, outlets didn't work, a coat of paint would help out tremendously. The staff was very friendly and kind. Cleaners of the room kept up with towels very well. Staff was great!」

「The room was clean, but smelled of stale smoke. They were smoke free rooms. There were burn marks on the bathroom sink and night stand and the table in the room. No one ever came to the room in a 3 night stay for New towels or toilet paper. The heat worked fine. The microwave was dirty and the shower curtain had mold on it. I wiped everything down with a clorox wipes. My door had no dead bolt on it. It was broken. On the last night my neighbors were arguing all night. I was scared but...
