「Meh.... This property is part of a number sister properties in the area. The check-in is only at one of the properties, not the one that we stayed in.There is no staff there. They put us up on the third floor. The hotel was empty. the king size room which unfortunately I did not take a photograph of, It was all bed. you had to squeeze yourself around the bed to get to the bathroom. There are no elevators on property and no one to help you at all.」

「Incredibly clean, beautiful views from our room- however based on the building’s layout one could have a beautiful view from any room! Friendly and helpful staff, room was absolutely perfect! 3 travelers- 2 adults and 1 child and we stayed in a 1 King Bed with pull out couch option and the price was well worth it and far more reasonable compared to other properties in the area. The heated saltwater pool was also perfect- incredibly clean as well! The washer and dryers on site is a nice touch,...

「the ceiling had a leak and instead of moving us they said we will get you more towels which meant 1 more towel. tried to turn the heat up and it was just blowing cold air. if you stay here do not expect anything nice.」

「Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good variety and well stocked. Close to downtown activities. Only complaint was that it was very cold the night we were there and there was no heat.」

「For the price, for the town, for the time of year, we were happy with our accommodation. I feel this location is in line with similar nearby options. Fun beach getaway 」

「Parking in town Kennebunkport is challenging, leaving the car at the B&B and walking to town was a breeze. There are also multiple sitting areas outside the Inn for when we needed some quiet time. All in all, I consider this a gem, and look forward to a return in the Fall.」
