「Nice !」

「This place was exactly what we needed. We came for a baseball tournament. The staff was amazingly friendly to the whole team. The kids pretty much took over the whole hotel. The pool was great, the location was right off the highway and close to restaurants. For the price this is unbeatable. If you’re coming for any kind of a baseball tournament, you don’t want to spend a boatload of money. This is your spot. They roll out of grill for us and we grilled in the parking lot for two days straight....

「The property and the room that we had was right on the ocean and was beautiful. A few steps to the beach. It was an extremely hot weekend and the pool wasn't ready though. It was a short walk to old Orchard Beach pier. We would definitely use this location again.」

「This place is right on the beach. Very nice older hotel. We enjoyed the area very much, but there is only pay parking in lots not very close to attractions. Difficult to get around if you are using handicap assisted devices....」

「Had to remind front desk staff to clean room more than once. Pancake warmer was out of order. One yogurt had a June date. Sausage was served two of the three consecutive mornings of our three night stay. Was able to grab bacon for breakfast on our way out Monday morning at 7:00 am.」

「The room was perfect for two. If you’re a bigger person like my boyfriend and I, you might find the bathroom and shower a little small. Having our car right next to the unit was very helpful. Staff was super kind and helpful the entire time. Whitney and Nori were a hoot to chat with and get to know! I have stayed at the Echo rental beach houses with family and friends, at the motel with just my mom and my sister, and now as an adult with just me and my boyfriend. This little space they have...

「The location is great, and the rooms are decent. However, the hotel has a noticeable odor that I didn't particularly like. Since it's a pet-friendly hotel, that may be part of the reason, although I'm not sure. The room was reasonably clean, but it didn't feel as fresh as I would have expected. Overall, it was an okay stay.」

「Pros - staff - distance to the pier Cons - loud gatherings outside at 6a even with the noise restriction from 10p-8a. - to go up to our room you had to walk by a group on the first floor and their cloud of cigarette smoke. - could be a little cleaner (dusty lights by bed, not clean under bed) - yes, there is train noise (shakes the to at times) but that’s not the hotels fault, it’s the location. I wouldn’t stay there again.」
