「The owners are wonderful, you can tell they care about ensuring everyone has what they needs and making sure the property is well cared for. This was a great stay, we were a large group of 6 families that stayed for the week! Everyone agreed this was one of our best vacations! We will be back!」

「Our room looked nothing like the pictures. The pictures are of the main house and we were in a different building. We had no idea we had to go to the Waves resort lobby to check in until after we parked and read the sign. Our room was extremely outdated and run down. The beds were firm and one comforter was ripped with the batting coming out. Unfortunate for the price we paid. The location seemed ok, we did use the pool and it was fine. Easy walk to the beach.」

「The property and the room that we had was right on the ocean and was beautiful. A few steps to the beach. It was an extremely hot weekend and the pool wasn't ready though. It was a short walk to old Orchard Beach pier. We would definitely use this location again.」
