「The first room had a ciggy smell. The second cabin had sewer/septic issues. It had that acrid smell. Made me sick. Played havoc with my repiratory system. Maybe mold too. No cable tv. Just penurious wifi tv. Blinds were transparent. Window on door had none. Parking area was full of ditches.」

「First and foremost, the staff here are wonderful and the property is beautiful. We have stayed 2x so far and it won't be our last! Great location, clean rooms, very comfy beds and nice views. I can't comment on the pool because both times we stayed was out of season. But it's a straight shot to the beach and OOB is a short walk. The location is perfect. Only downside is the train that comes by. But honestly, if you're doing it right you will be so dead tired you won't care. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️」

「The motel is very close to retail shopping and restaurants, also close to Old Orchard Beach. I've stayed multiple times when visiting the staff in our engineering facility in Saco. Renovated bathrooms, comfortable beds. Very clean. The rooms are spartan, a refrigerator, microwave, AC, good TV. Minimal furniture. I did not visit the pool so can't comment. The motel is 1/4 mile off of Rt 1, so very little traffic noise and very quiet in general. This is a comfortable and...

「Came for a short weekend stay with family of 4. The room was a good size. The location was fantastic - steps to beautiful beach and easy walk to the pier with amusement park. The ocean view from our room was obstructed by one of the cottages and the property is older, but the beach location made up for it. We also enjoyed the beachfront hot tub and heated pool. Check in and out was easy.」

「The location was great, the AC had mold. Our sink had a leak, but they fixed within the hour. The shower was horrible, no storage in the bathroom. And the carpet needs to be replaced, did not feel comfortable walking barefoot. Overall would not stay again」

「This is the first hotel I’ve ever stayed at that has asked me to take out my own trash, yet they still provided an envelope for housekeeping tips. Parking was very tight. Beds were terrible. It was like an old spring mattress on a platform from Amazon. The bathroom was TINY. They only provide local network channels, no cable. The photos don’t show the quality of the motel at all. The only positive really was the proximity to the beach and pier.」

「the ceiling had a leak and instead of moving us they said we will get you more towels which meant 1 more towel. tried to turn the heat up and it was just blowing cold air. if you stay here do not expect anything nice.」

「It is an old Ramada. A little run down but staff was very quick to act when the ac went out. They fixed it right away. The bed was very comfortable and the pool was awesome. I would recommend it.」
