「the room is OK, big and clean. However,there is something "difference" in this hotel. 1. you have to borrow everything from the frontdesk, incluging coffee machine, hair dryer, cup ,dish. 2. there is no place for breakfast. you have to bring everything from the frp desk to your room. But dont't worry, because the breakfast is almost "nothing". 3. you should go earlier for the breakfast, we go for breakfast at around 0850, and there is no bread anymore there. and the stuff just said"the bread is...

「Great place to stay for a getaway. Breakfast is outstanding, hostess and her husband prepare fresh ingredients with three tasty courses. Rooms are well decorated, clean, bright and comfortable. We stayed there in 2001 and again in 2025. Our favorite in Kennebunk Port. 」

「Beautiful hotel in Kennebunkport. Close enough to town to walk and they also have an electric vehicle which can shuttle you there. We came in the off season so I think it was a little quieter than usual. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. 」
