If are an older guest, you might want to consider a lower level room as the stairs to the best view rooms are steep and can be a problem for anyone using a cane and prohibitive for anybody using a walker. Otherwise this is a nice place to stay if you are mobile and want to be close the ocean. Fine dining next door is a big plus. Very pleasant owners and check in personnel. Check if out..........

Very well kept for an older hotel with convenient beach access. My room was lovely… freshly painted with beautiful colors and accents. Very guest friendly with light fixtures in every spot that required one. Very comfortable beds. I was pleasantly surprised.
