「We booked a room with two queen beds and they called us the same day to upgrade us to a “King Suite”, which only had 1 bed. That makes no sense. The woman at check in virtually said nothing. Never told us when breakfast was, where the pool was, when check out was. The water in the pool was absolutely not 82° like the staff insisted. The room was clean and complimentary breakfast was delicious. The hotel is very close to the outlets.」

「Strong chemical smell upon entering, which we could smell all night. Hair in the bathroom, hair and dirt in the fridge, sagging mattress. Asked to go to a higher floor and if one was available and was told “no” by the man at the desk. Left and came back around 9:30 to find the rather large parking lot very empty and only a few cars in the front. I realized this is because the top two floors are not being used. 「First I booked for two queen size beds we got doubles. There was no remote. We called and they didn’t bring one up. Saturday night we called again and they finally brought one up. The rooms were clean and nice. Just wanted what I paid for.」
