"The rooms were very clean, the staff were friendly, breakfast was a variety of choices, ex. turkey sausage or pork, cheese omelet or vegetable omelet. The location of the hotel was close to the ocean very nice."

"Nice rooms, friendly staff. Our heating didn't work - which on a cold night wasn't great. Breakfast (continental) was a bit thin on choice. Only butter and Philly, no jelly or spreads, no pastries or fruit."

"I thought I was making a reservation at The Colony Hotel, which is an ocean view hotel, but when I arrived, there was a large dumpster blocking the entrance. I called the hotel and was told it’s under renovation an I would be staying at another location across the street. Not ocean view. Had to drive to a nearby store to check into this other hotel. My room was acceptable but bathroom door would not lock properly. Very Disappointing!"

"Wonderful stay! Friendly and welcoming front desk check-in followed by a lovely one night stay in Kennebunkport. The bed was comfortable, bathroom exceptionally clean. We look forward to coming back!"

"Hotel is in the middle of a remodel. Was supposed to have queen bed got a full. Other than that room was remodled nicely. Pillows weren't the greatest. No complimentary breakfast as was mentioned when booking. AC/ Heating very loud.When the remodel is finished it will be a nice little place to stay for a weekend."

"Older home, so it has its own quaint quirks, but lovely! Breakfast was fantastic! Various bagels, English muffins and assorted breads for toasting. A different daily danish and egg bake, along with yogurt and a large assortment of toppings and spreads! Yummy!"

" Was a bad continental breakfast as cheap as you can get, bedding was thin and bed not that comfortable. Shower was meh. Staff was very nice and still a cute cozy place to stay. Very simple "

"We had such a great weekend at Mabel’s! The staff was so friendly and accommodating and everything was so clean. We went out of season so the pantry inside was closed but we know we would’ve enjoyed it! We liked that Mabel’s wasn’t right in the bustle of Dock Square but close enough for a short drive over for shops, activities, and food. There’s also a small beach was just a 5 minute walk away from Mabel’s, which we loved! Can’t forget Coveside market just next to Mabel’s - perfect for a snack, morning coffee, or bottle of wine for a night in. "
