"Found multiple long black hairs in various places from the shower, toilet and bed. Comforter has a small stain. Second time staying there similar experiences. Won’t be back. Great location, decent front desk. Totally awful housekeeping."

"Floors were not cleaned at all before we got into our room. WiFi never worked, messages manager telling him. He said ok I’ll reset it. I said it never worked. Never got a response back. One of our bed was outdated , had springs poking through . Had a refrigerator from 1978 . Not worth 270 dollars ..."
