"The staff was very nice and the property was set up nice outside of the rooms. Inside the room was horrible. Not sure where to start. Big hole in the wall, and paint chips everywhere with no caulk in any trim. the sink had been moved under the ac and the pipes were still sticking out of the wall ..."

Arrived without knowing it had a carnival atmosphere

The highway the motel is on is busy and noisy. Hard to make a left turn. We had to drive to find a restaurant and coffee in the morning. It was a quick drive to Old Orchard Beach and that is the only thing I liked about it.
