However,there is something "difference" in this hotel. 1. you have to borrow everything from the frontdesk, incluging coffee machine, hair dryer, cup ,dish. 2. there is no place for breakfast. you have to bring everything from the frp desk to your room. 「Brand new hotel so everything was clean and what you would expect of a new facility. Room is very well designed for an extended stay. Murphy bed (didn't have a chance to test it out) in separate living room / kitchenette would be great for a small family. Conveniently located close to PWM, restaurants and shops.」

「The room was clean, the beds were good, and the property was safe. However breakfast consisted of apples and bananas that were out 24/7 and milk, orange juice. So don't go for the breakfast.」

「I was a solo traveler, here for a few days, and I was glad when I arrived to such a clean, tidy room. I was pleased with the control of room temperature I had and how there was always someone to talk to at the front desk. The only odd thing was my room had shampoo and bath soap but no regular hand soap to use at the sink. I would love to stay here again.」

「Room was filthy—makeup smudges on the walls and hair in the shower that wasn’t ours. Everyone around us was also extremely sketchy. When we tried to call the front desk, the phones in the room didn’t work. But the front desk was very kind when we walked in to ask for a clean room, and tried to help switch rooms. We were sort of made to feel like that wasn’t possible but zero chance of staying in a filthy room. Would definitely not stay here again until housekeeping is addressed.」

「I had called a few weeks ahead of my stay and asked about early check in, I was told that it wouldn't be a problem and we would have to pay an extra fee. I arrived early and was told we couldn't check in. I let the man at the desk know I had called prior to arriving and was told I could check in early. He didn't seem happy about it but got us checked in. Otherwise our stay went well, the room was clean and comfortable.」

「Everything was great except for the bathroom. Need some repairs ! The shower was broken.」

「Me and my wife didn’t like it all. It was dirty, refrigerated had mold on it. We took pictures. And we plan on calling the health department, asking how the past inspection. We gave the keys back and left and tried to get my money back but no success. We booked another hotel which was 100% better」
