"The staff at the desk as well as staff in housekeeping never acknowledged us nor said “hello”, “good after” or “good night” at any time. Most of staff were on their phones. The only person who showed interest was a gentleman who worked setting up the continental breakfast area each morning. Very nice and welcoming gentleman employee."
"Was clean. Poor communication when reaching out via Expedia chat with facility. The manager already checked us in without us being aware when I reached out and asked if we can move our reservations over a day without being charged due to our flight being cancelled by bad weather. Ended up getting a rental car and driving 6 hours. Good thing cause regardless would have been charged for the day and not being able to cancel due to the not communicated check in. Great amenities. Cookware provided....
"So overall my experience was good but I got 2 rooms and asked them to be next to one another as we were in a group of girl scout and we were not one was in building A and the other was in Building B this was not easy for the girls as they thought they were going to be nextdoor to one another. When I ask the desk when checking in they said there was nothing they can do as they were fully booked and seemed like it was an inconvenience to look for me.
