「We stayed with many families for a youth sporting event, over half of our group had to change rooms because their room was never cleaned from the last visitors. Our room was wide open when we checked in, leaving us all feeling a little uneasy. Breakfast was cold, potatoes raw in the middle and organization of it was hard to navigate. 」

「We booked a stay at the Old Orchard Inn and had a mixed experience overall. The check-in process was confusing from the start. We initially walked into the building shown in the listing photos—a beautifully restored colonial—but there was no one there. After a few minutes, a staff member arrived and directed us to a different building on the property for check-in. It was then that we learned our room was located in another building, which was noticeably less charming than the one...

「This was my first trip away since having kids 12 years ago. The staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive. The parking lot, lobby, halls and room were very clean. Our dinner and breakfast at the Inn were absolutely delicious. The ingredients were fresh and the flavors complimented each other well. It was difficult to make a choice on what to order. We didn't have a pet with us but did see several dogs during dining and were impressed with dog menu. I would highly recommend to anyone...

「It was okay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable which is important. The coffee pot wasn't washed and the stoppers in both the sink and tub were broken and laying next to them. Both worked fine you just weren't able to take a bath or fill the sink. For an overnight or 2 it's okay. 」
