「We booked a stay at the Old Orchard Inn and had a mixed experience overall. The check-in process was confusing from the start. We initially walked into the building shown in the listing photos—a beautifully restored colonial—but there was no one there. After a few minutes, a staff member arrived and directed us to a different building on the property for check-in. It was then that we learned our room was located in another building, which was noticeably less charming than the one...

「Off season stay for one night to celebrate our anniversary. Super clean and accommodating room. Stayed in room 3, ocean view with jetted tub. Beautiful view of the ocean and just what was needed for a little getaway. Customer service was outstanding. Originally booked for the weekend prior but couldn’t leave a sick child to go away. Emailed the motel the morning of not expecting to be accommodated but they did so without hesitation. Most definitely will book again. 」

「Everything was perfect, the room was clean and a lot of space. Breakfast is very good and well prepared. The staff was very helpful and kind. The gym is convenient because it’s 24 hours.we will love to come back again.」

「Biscuits were fresh tasting and delicious. The coffee was available. I parked directly below my room in a well lighted and safe feeling spot. The towel rack both inside and outside the shower stall were not attached to solid surroundings. If I'd slipped coming out of the shower, grabbed the towel rack, getting no support and then falling onto the hard sink.....why I can only imagine.」

「Air conditioning system was making loud clap every 10 minutes, not restful sleep. We arrived late at night, so unfortunately, did not notice right away. We reserved two rooms via Expedia. Upon arrival we were told we have only one room reserved. At the end, hotel was able to find another room for us,」
