"Booked a last minute trip with my girls before they started school for the year. Missy was so nice, communicated all the details leading up to the reservation, and was even kind enough to let me park my truck in one of the open spaces so we could enjoy one last day at the beach after checkout. The pool was nice to have for an early evening swim, and everything was clean and well-maintained. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend for anyone visiting Old Orchard Beach."

"We were surprised when we walked in to see there was a second room which lead out to pool and beach. The couch pulled out to a queen bed with a door that closed between rooms. Both rooms had tv’s and kitchenette with small table to also sit at. Great set up. We will definitely stay again. The only thing was open parking instead of designating a space in front of your room which would have been very easy to do."

"Decided on a quick girl’s weekend and booked the day before arrival. Great location—away from the busyness and noise of the pier, and only a 2 block walk for direct beach access. Obviously it’s an older property that’s been updated. The air conditioner worked great, and the extra noise made for quiet sleeping. The train track does run behind the building, but with the air running at night, it never woke me up. Kitchen was stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, full fridge/freezer, microwave, cooktop and Keurig. We walked to Sheila’s for breakfast sandwiches both mornings before heading out to explore, so we had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and we had more than enough towels. It was nice to sit in the chairs outside the front door and see the water. Units 10 and up are on the 3rd floor, and they all have water views. There’s a small pool that we didn’t use, but there were always kids in it. Island View served as our place to sleep at the end of the day, so we had everything we needed for an enjoyable and restful weekend."

"The Inn was beautiful, my only concern was the room was so close to the lobby, literally out the door to hotel room is the lobby. I would prefer a different location for future. Minor inconveniences were that there was no bath wash for shower and I didn't notice until I was in the shower and the toilet paper had just a bit left with not another one readily available. The room was cozy and could have used a little more shelving for toiletries. Overall we really enjoyed out stay, everything else was great."
