Besides the floors being so dirty it turned out bare feet black, two window screens knocked out and another with a hole in it ( couldn’t open windows due to bugs) and only provided a single fork and spoon for amenities, the location was great, beach access convenient and beach chairs were provided. The price was much higher than what was provided but that’s on us, we booked later and everything closer to the center was booked

The unit was surprisingly clean and had everything we needed. Location was perfect, just steps to the beach. We would consider staying there again if we absolutely have to. The biggest disappointment was the property owner/land lady. (the younger lady was very kind) The older woman was not friendly at all, She was actually quite rude, shocking since she's in the hospitality business. We also brought our two small service dogs. (They are trained and well behaved and by law have to be accepted.) She made a point to express how frustrated and bothered she was that we brought them along. Also there must be some kind of ongoing friction between her and the next door neighbor because they went out of their way to let us know not to walk on their parking lot, which was empty the entire time we were there. Really weird.

Perfect property. Pictures are exactly as they are in real life. The owner/lady at front desk was amazingly helpful, i felt like I was talking to my mom she took such good care of us. Her recommendations were exactly what she had mentionned and the views of the ocean from our appartment were amazing. at night we would open the windows and hear the ocean/waves it was soooo relaxing. I recommend this appartment in a heartbeat.

When we got there. The staff had no idea where our room was. Told us misinformation and had no keys for us to be able to come and go from our room . It wasn't until the next day staff bought us clean linens and keys to us.

We had a wonderful time. Location was great! Air conditioning was new. Place was clean and space for my family of 5 was perfect. It was very quiet. Only negative was the beds were very uncomfortable. Master mattress should be replaced.

Amazing Time!!

Had an amazing time there. You could tell that people who stayed there previously were not kind to the stuff in the room, but overall the room was nice and spacious. Only downside is that we were on the top floor and there are no elevators in the building we were in. The bed also wasn't the most comfortable either.

Nice place, the suites are set up like apartments. I brought toys and chairs for the beach but I didn’t need to. They already had a bunch of stuff for us to use. The only thing that disappointed my husband was we weren’t right on the beach. It has ocean view which is still ok.

Week of activity for family of four!

We picked Atlantic Ocean Suites because it was so close to the beach and we wanted to have a kitchen/refrigerator, etc. to prepare some of our own meals. It was very comfortable for our family of four (two adults and two teens ages 13 and 15). The staff were super helpful with getting us checked in and using the app for room access. We utilized their beach chairs, towels and umbrellas whenever we hung at the beach. Boogie boards were also available. So close to the Pier and downtown activities. We could see the Thursday night Pier fireworks from our third floor porch without dealing with the crowds. We spent some days touring other spots like the Maine Maritime Museum in Bath, Maine, Freeport (LL Bean) and Portland Head Light in Cape Elizabeth. A very comfortable spot to spend relaxing by the beach or as a "homebase" for day trips throughout Maine. Would highly recommend you check this place out.

This place is clean and up to date!! Walking distance to the main strip for shopping and food. 30 second walk to the beach and only a few minutes from the pier!! Will definitely book again
