「We had stayed in the past under a different name/ownership & all the renovations they did were amazing! Great room, gorgeous view, clean, beautiful, ocean view/balcony room overlooking the pool…we WILL be back! Highly recommend! Walking distance to all the nightlife/pier restaurants & entertainment.」

「We enjoyed our stay. The balcony overlooks the pool and you can see the ocean. The staff were helpful at checkin and that’s about all the interaction we had. I liked the location was a bit further away from the hub of Old Orchard Beach.」

「On a dû passer le balai et acheter du papier de toilette à notre arrivée. Et le divan-lit n'était pas confortable du tout. Sinon, on avait tout pour vivre comme en appartement. L'épicerie est tout près, tout comme les activités (palace playland, plage, magasins et restos). Mais surprise ! Un train passe tout près et est très bruyant !」

「The rooms were clean but the pools were not clean. Most of the staff was good. The woman who was supposed to make up our room after the first night not do anything. The barbecue areas were to small to accommodate so many guests.」

「Proche de la plage , du parc d'attraction et des restaurants. Piscine chauffée avec eau salée et plusieurs jouets de piscine déjà présents. Beau séjour en famille ! Je le conseille sans doute!」

「No office, they send a code to get into your room. Paper thin walls, hardly any privacy at all. $150 hotel fee and no staff or office. No pool, no ocean view. And we were messaged to "take our trash with us" when we left, which explains the absence of trash barrel (a small one in the bathroom, none in the kitchenette). It was convenient to all things OOB and a short walk to the beach. The guy that was the cleaner was very nice.」

「OH! quelle dommage! Vieux motel qui manque beaucoup d'amour. Les photos ne sont pas représentative. Par ou commencé! Lit propre malgré le craquement . Ménage très mal fait. N'ont jamais tassé les lits. J'y ai retrouver des médicaments par terre. Annonce une cuisinette donc on peut y faire un peu à manger mais sans y avoir de chaudron ni poêle. Un peu de vaisselle. Pas de savon, ni serviette à vaisselle. Pas de séchoir à cheveux . Nous allons à la plage serait très pratique d'avoir un balai pour...

「Every staff member was kind and helpful. The free breakfast buffet was large and always fully stocked. The made to order omelets was a great treat! The rooms are large and well appointed. It is in a good location in a safe area. I highly recommend this hotel!」
