「The property is very nice the rooms have everything but you need to takes pots and pans and 2 sets of utensils available. They clean every 2 weeks. You want towels need to take used once down and they give you the same back if available. Laundry room nice price not posted or available to find out until you pay with the credit card. In front of the hotel is an open mall with Walmart,Red Robins,Texas Roadhouse ect. The staff not always aware of what to do but able to find out. Also you need to...

「We will not stay at this location ever again. Upon arriving, our room smelled heavily of cigarettes and we had to be given a second room. At first, the clerk told us there was nothing available, but when I explained the smell, he found a second room instantly. This room smelled heavily of cleaning products as well febreeze trying to cover up other odors. The third room had dirty towels and we requested new towels that never came. There were also two cockroaches by the AC unit that we reported....

「Super clean because it was new, and nicely done rooms with great amenities. Bed was comfortable and the large tv's were great. The a/c unit cycled up and down and didn't seem adequate for an apartment sized room but did OK. The water wasn't hot enough regardless the time of day but you won't freeze. In the handicap accessible shower, water will go everywhere in the bathroom and cause a slip hazard. If your room is by the secondary exit, you will hear everything in the stairwell and the door...

「I loved the variety for breakfast and everything was so good. I enjoyed the free hor deurves free drinks in the evening. The staff were all very pleasent. The noise was kept down.」

「Normally I try to give the benefit of the doubt but when multiple things happen it is more than the short straw at hand. Stayed previously for 10 nights, went home for a weekend and finished stay with 4 more nights. Toner in printer was low first couple of nights and then went out completely 9 days ago. They said we will leave a note for daytime crew. 3 days last week without toner and came back this week and still nothing replaced or fixed….strike 1. No one is replacing or taking...
