Je me suis trompée de date lors de la réservation et l’établissement a été inflexible pour le changement de date, même s’ils ont été contactés 5 minutes après l’erreur. Une des deux chambres réservée avait une forte odeur de pipi.

This was a disappointing experience. Elevator was nearly broken (it sounded like it wasn’t going to make it up 1 floor), our door to our room didn’t shut all the way and required slamming it multiple times to get it to close, our room was so humid it made all of our clothes smell, and linens and bedsheets all felt plasticy and not well-washed. Definitely would not recommend staying here. Location was also very inconvenient, as it required doing U-turns to even get where we needed to go, every single time. If I could rate this hotel a 1.5 star, I would. Don’t spend your money staying here.

Looks great on the outside but once you step into the rooms it’s a bit dingy and outdated. And definitely had a weird Oder of masked smoke or something once you enter the room. Bath tub was filled with pink mold build up along the tub. Mind you I have a 7 month old with us.

We didn’t have a remote for the television. We asked for one. When the employee brought it he didn’t program the remote to the television. We called 4 times then I went to the front desk and he was very snarky. He said I have someone coming in. We locked our door at 10pm. The pool smelled musty. The “free” breakfast was very sparse. Probably won’t be back again!

The room was clean and fine for our purposes but we could hear the people above us constantly. The road has a median that makes it tricky to get to unless you are on the same side of the road, and the parking lot wasn't quite big enough for the number of cars trying to park.

Experience générale médiocre et complètement désagréable. ZÉRO ÉTOILE!! Pire séjour à vie!! En 5 jours; - aucun entretiens - aucun changement de serviettes Ou draps en 6 jours - mauvaise odeur dans la chambre -piscine insalubre - aucun changement de poubelle - aucune variété dans le déjeuner et une machine à gaufres malpropre Et j’en passe!!!! Un employé a même ouvert la porte de ma chambre sans autorisation lorsque nous y étions. Une fois entré dans la chambre, jour 1 nous avons demandé un remboursement pour quitter et l’hôte a refusé et trouvé aucune option.

My recent stay was unfortunately marred by several inconveniences. The pillowcases were extremely wrinkled, the toilet paper roll was nearly empty, and the desk chair was dirty and rusty. The living room chair was filthy, and the room had a musty odor upon entering, which added to the discomfort. The iron turned on but did not warm/heat up. The hotel room door did not close securely. The elevator made a loud, thudding vibration (inspection sticker expired May 2025). The breakfast options were limited, with only one type of egg (omelet), one protein source (sausage), one type of cereal (Raisin Bran), and one kind of muffin, among others. The absence of milk cartons for the cereal was a significant inconvenience, and we had to use the coffee milk carafe instead. The waffle maker didn't cook the waffles thoroughly, and the layout of the breakfast area led to a somewhat chaotic experience. The pool water was not as clear as one would hope. I recommend that potential guests consider these points before making a reservation.

Rooms were not clean and had cigarette smell as well as the bathroom smelled pee. The managers were very responsive and quickly cleaned the room and even changed one of our rooms, but still the overall cleanliness of the hotel is not to our liking.

I loved that the Comfirt Inn was only 6 miles from the campground where my kids and grandkids were staying. Easy to find and room was very comfirtable and quiet. Good stay!!

The staff was very unkind and unreasonable about a family emergency and refused to give back money for one day that we wouldn’t be able to stay due to this emergency and a not being able to stay the full-time. The room had issues as well. The shower leaked and was filtered water when you showered. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The TV really didn’t work only when it wanted to and it was all unplugged and not ready when we got in the room, so we had to do that ourselves, which really Isn’t the biggest deal but it just should’ve been done. The breakfast was also subpar. The food was cold overall the day was not enjoyable and we will not be using this hotel again for future visits.
