La localisation était bonne. Insonorité des chambres est médiocre et le personnel n’est pas fiable pour les plaintes en dehors des heures d’accueil (aucun retour d’appel lors d’une situation de tapage nocturne des voisins ). Très déçue de notre expérience .

Location is convenient, we stay here almost once a year. It's a beach town motel so it is exactly what you would expect. This year we forgot a $300 hairdryer in the room and the hotel "hasn't seen it" so we may not continue to stay there with such dishonesty

Clean room, free parking. Only small issue was that the pool hours are listed as 9am-9pm, but they close the pool every morning for 1 hour - 1 hour 1/2. Great, clean the pool but put the opening hours as 11-9 since it’s actually closed at 9am for cleaning.

This property is absolute garbage. The staff at the front desk were 0 help in any way. I called 7 times the night of our reservation to complain about the issues we found upon check in. Which had including bodily fluids, left around the room, holes in walls, water damage and mold. And that was just in one room. The staff at the front made sure to repeat over and over in old orchard You don't come for the room , you come for the location. To which we replied, ma'am , it's off season and the bare minimum basic should be a clean room and working amenities in the room. Unfortunately neither of those were met. We booked a room with a stove and the stove didn't work. The dishes they provided were not clean and instead of being helpful in any way we just got nasty remarks repeated. 0/10
