"Have stayed multiple times at this location over past couple months so would think there would be some type of a deal for repeat people. Most recent visit walking up to room all you could smell was weed. Bathroom had water damage. Other than that the building was decent. Lot of updates going on with the rooms which is nice. "

We asked a nearby hotel about the York Beach Surf Club and they said the bank foreclosed on them on Memorial Day. No one had contacted us to let us know. We had to scramble to find any hotel room still available "
