「This was such a beautiful property! The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were top notch. Everything was very laid back and relaxed. We traveled with 2 small children and weren’t made to feel like they were a burden or a nuisance by any guests or staff. 「The experience is good. The location is very good, shopping and dining are convenient, the front desk is fast, the room has no odor, the location is easy to find, and there is free wireless internet. 「I can’t comment on the staff because their check-in just requires you to use your phone number to access the building and your room but the hotel was excellent. The rooms have no outside noise so if you’re a light sleeper, it’s the perfect spot. I got into Portsmouth long before my check-in time so I parked in a nearby garage which ended up costing the same amount that the hotel charges ($40/nt). You’re a block away from all the shops and restaurants and a short walk to Badger’s Island in Maine...
