「I saw some negative reviews regarding the "older decor" of the property. If you know this in advance and you're not super bougie, this is the place to go. I actually enjoyed feeling like I was back 25 years ago before cell phones and chaos. The property is super clean and well-kept with a nice pool. 「We recently stayed at The Lodge at Turbat’s Creek and had a truly pleasant experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with incredibly comfortable beds that made for restful nights. The front desk staff went above and beyond, offering friendly service, excellent local recommendations, and even provided a map to help us explore the area. Everything about our stay was enjoyable, and we would definitely recommend The Lodge at Turbat’s Creek to anyone visiting the area!」

「Family friendly, full of amenities. Excellent spot for families, not for couples looking for quiet or pool space. Bicycles available to ride to beach or town. Rooms have doors with windows so that people/kids walking by look right into the room. Pool is full of kids and is part of a pool membership which includes more kids than normal.」

「Happy with our room and staff. Had drinks by the water and dinner in the restaurant. Very friendly and great food. Overall enjoyable. Description a little deceiving with the views. Pick a balcony, otherwise you are just getting a picture window. I picked up on it, but others in our group did not like their view. 」

「I liked that at night the only way to get into the hotel was with a swipe card, nobody works at the front desk during those night hours so I felt safe. Parking was great and just walking in the area around to get to the restaurants and shopping was really easy.」
