「The overall cleanliness and quality of hotel was good however after 7pm everything shuts and there’s no one available for help」

「We loved our stay! Room was sleek, modern, and clean with super comfortable beds and a great minimal decor. Shower was gorgeous, but could be tricky for anyone with balance issues to use since it’s tiny with glass doors. Very quiet at night after 10, even close to the street area. Our room had a side view of the ocean, and it was lovely to be so close to the rocky beach. The sandy beach was a 5 minute walk. The heated outdoor pool was beautiful, pristine, and very comfortable temperature....

「The oceanfront view was incredible. However be aware that there is no elevator, and you will have to carry your suitcase up very steep, sketchy wooden stairs. The back of the property looks very rough in general. The rooms are nice inside, but the bathrooms are very old, have chipping paint, and the plumbing is questionable. It does appear they are doing renovations so it may get better soon.」

The location is fantastic, right across the street from the beach and just steps from the shops and restaurants at Short Sands. 「This was a dream Hotel to stay at! Everything was impeccable! The bed was nice and firm yet comfortable and the pool was wonderful! I wish the jacuzzi was a tad More hot but other than that everything was great!」

「Bathrooms were dirty in the corners and walls. Room ac was good but halls and lobby were very hot. Pool had a mildew smell. Check out was 11 am but staff tried to enter a little after 8 am even with a do not disturb sign on the door.」
