「Very close to the beach, perfect for family.」

「Mary & Tracy were the best hosts making sure we had fresh towels, suggesting restaurants & things to do, etc. The upper deck was welcoming with wonderful views. The room was clean, a comfortable bed with fridge and microwave. Ocean is right across the street.... bring your chairs!」

「The location was a short walk to the beach and conveniently located. The property is layed out interestingly as it was a carriage house. Parking is in the back not near your unit, however there are 15 minute spots for unloading. We had a king suite with a deck. I may have missed the part that the deck was shared. Could see the ocean from the room though.」

「The location was great, across from York Beach, nice ocean views. It was very quiet and clean. The decor was pretty dated, wallpaper, yellow lamps and yellow blankets. It was nice to have a kitchenette, but there was no dish soap to clean the one frying pan. I had to buy it and papertowels to clean the pan. I would say it was a good stay, clean and good access to York Beach.」

The location is fantastic, right across the street from the beach and just steps from the shops and restaurants at Short Sands. 「The location of this property was great, on the perimeter of downtown Portsmouth which is a wonderful little city. The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, both for good selection and the taste. My biggest complaint is that it was very noisy in my room. The AC unit is the loudest I've ever heard. A few times I thought it was a nearby train when it started running. Also the people in the room above me woke me up at 1 AM doing something. I didn't hear voices...
