A wonderful location close to the beach. You literally walk out your door and the beach is right there. In the morning they leave a basket of breakfast and a cup of coffee at your door. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely come again.

We stayed in the Lark Suite with beachfront views. Parking was convenient. The views were extraordinary; especially the sunrise! The bed was comfortable. The bed and counter surfaces were clean, but the floors were a bit overlooked. It looks like the previous stay had a dog and there was dog hair everywhere on the floor and living room rug. Needed a vacuum and swiffer. Otherwise, we loved our stay!

The bathroom was so small it could not hold two people. There was disregard on the floor. Plenty of flies which were an issue that exists. Remedies were provided which helped with the flies. Getting hold of Blue- Inn at the beach is unreasonable. Still have isses with the billing and still has not been resolved. Staff was excellent. Always willing to help. A restaurant at the facility would be nice.

It was a nice size space right on the beach with a mini fridge and freezer, coffee and sitting area. The balcony was over looking the beach with chairs on it as well as on the beach below. Nice touch of a breakfast delivered to your room by 8:00 AM

In the room we stayed in we couldn’t figure out how to shut the blinds within the window pains but overall it was a cozy inn with a beautiful view, highly recommend.

Wow, what a find! This place is incredible and we will be returning just to stay here. It is on the beach and our room had a deck that overlooked it with lounge chairs and sunbrella. The breakfasts that show up at your door in the mornings are well balanced and delicious! The staff were so friendly and helpful. Make sure you eat at Bob Lobster while your there!

Beautiful property. I stayed there 18 years ago and always wanted to go back. So glad we did. We loved our beachfront view. It rained a lot, but it was still a very relaxing getaway. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Newburyport is just a 10-minute drive with top shelf restaurants. We enjoyed The Coffee Factory for lunch, they serve a great cup of Joe and the food is delicious. Bar25 NBPT has craft cocktail that are off the charts, and the food was just as good!

This was our first time at this property. It was not during peak season so I don't know how it gets during peak season but as far as I know, the hotel was full as it's not that large. The room was wonderful. We were in room 12. I had a beautiful deck overlooking the ocean and the beach our own walkway to the beach. The temperature in the room is comfortable. We had full access to the AC. The refrigerator and the little kitchen area was quite handy. The basket for breakfast was a nice touch and all in all we had a great time here and will definitely come again.
