「The location was excellent in terms of access to Newburyport's harbor, restaurants, walking paths and downtown area. The walk across the bridge was as described. I had a standard room. The bed and bedding were good, and the room had a large television on the wall. The bathroom setup was also good. What was missing for me was a place to sit other than the bed. There was a table underneath the tv with one straightback chair. The setup would not have worked at all for me if there had been...

「This is a lovely place. The rooms were clean and the decor was thoughtfully chosen — not overbearing or kitschy. The kitchenette had all the necessary dishes, utensils and pots. The small grounds were nice and conducive to ready. The location was great. Very close to downtown Portsmouth and the price was reasonable, especially when compared with those just a couple of miles away in Portsmouth.」
