「Sweet spot on the mighty Merrimac river. Great location. Walk over the bridge to Newburyport. Stayed off season. Room was clean, nicely furnished. No staff onsite, that I was aware of. Code was emailed, and let ourself in.」

I chose a family room, that can accommodate 5 people. The price is very cost-effective and the stay experience is good! It is worth recommending this hotel.」

「I’ve stayed here a couple times it was late when I got in. It was difficult to even get a cup of tea and the person at the desk acted like she was annoyed. The place is clean. 「We enjoyed our two night stay immensely. How could we not, with a lovely view of Good Harbor Beach and a seven minute walk to get there. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful and welcoming. The property is clean, attractive and well maintained and the Continental Breakfast was well-stocked and appreciated. The ONLY downsides: the water, which took several minutes to get hot (which they made us aware of at check-in) and the shower which was a bit crowded with the soap dispensers on the wall. And...

「My room was very clean. The king size bed was super comfortable. The floors are not covered in carpet so it was very easy to hear the people above me moving around their room, but that would be my only negative comment. The breakfast area was well stocked each morning & the staff taking care of it was very sweet & kind. I'll keep this place in mind for my next trip back to this area.」

「I could connect to the Hotel's WIFI, but the WIFI connection to the internet was terrible. OK to read email. but not good enough to do any real work from my room. Also, as a pet friendly Hotel there should be a dog walk area.」

「We had a wonderful visit everyone was so nice they had 3 parking options the room was beautiful and so clean ! Super comfortable bed also! Breakfast was also super nice got to try new things! So close to everything downtown we walked everywhere 」
