「Quaint clean and close to historic area」

「Self Check-in was seamless as it was clearly outlined in cutwater emails. Considering the city “beached“ the sidewalks with salt, the entry hall and room were immaculate. A self service continental breakfast area was well equipped. The well appointed room had a dedicated mini-split, everything is new and clean, including a tiled, shower and bathroom with high-end fixtures. This recently remodeled room was super cozy and I slept great on a high end memory foam mattress, would definitely stay here...

「We were given such excellent treatment! Love the hotel and come here each time that we are in Salem. Fantastic location and the hotel is beautiful - lobby is gorgeous, tea and water and coffee on hand in the lobby, a great tavern and even though there are not a good amount of vegan options at Nathaniel’s restaurant (but a ton of restaurants nearby that are convenient!) they do have beautiful music being played, and singers! Can’t wait to return!!」

「We were in the one bedroom suite with a full kitchen. It was very clean and very nice. We honestly didn't see any of the staff even once which was pretty funny lol. We checked in at 11:00 p.m. so we got a text with our room number and PIN code to get in and then check out was also just a phone call to let them know we've left and that was that. We never even went into the main building to see the lobby or anything because we were so tired after our very full days in Salem. I can say the...
