「The room was very nice and roomy but did have a bit of a musty smell upon arrival. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the fact that they offered breakfast was a nice touch. The biggest drawback really was the stairs. They are quite steep and difficult to maneuver with luggage. I saw another guest fall trying to navigate his luggage. I never would have gotten my big suitcase up the stairs by myself. I do have to say that the person at the front desk offered assistance if needed,...

「This is a quiet, charming, and well maintained, historic B&B, that provided a quaint New England experience. Excellent communication on the front end for check in procedures and adequate parking despite being a late arrival we're a huge plus! The breakfast was freshly prepared and quite delicious, served in a beautiful day room setting! I know the Innkeeper was busy, but it would be nice for her to spend a little time getting to know her guests and be a little less matter of fact.」

「La propreté, l’emplacement, proximité du train, les commodités de l’établissement」

「air conditioning and hot water both did not work beyond minimally room nice acess easy」

「Clean and well cared for; high end finishes; small but adorable with beautiful views from upstairs bedroom. Good communication with owners. 」

「This place was very clean and spacious. We loved having a big living room as well as a bedroom. The location is also great because you're right across the bridge from downtown Newburyport. We would walk over and it was only a 15 minute walk to all the restaurants, and you got beautiful views of the water along the way. The only complaint was the walls are VERY thin. There were people in the room next to us having a conversation, not even loud, and we could hear every word as if they were in the...

「That's our favorite place to go !」

「We spend one night returning from a trip to Acadia. We didn't know what staying next to a restaurant would be like but it was awesome. The rooms were great, very clean and the staff was helpful during check in and check out. We had already eaten dinner so we didn't get an opportunity to try the restaurant but the bar area was great! We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!」

「Incredible view! Covered parking. Nice cafe on the property too.」

「Great overnight stay!」
