「First of all, if you book this property you're going to get hundreds of messages from the host prior to even going with several forms to fill out and online check-ins to complete and upgrades to buy, etc. We paid $269 for one night plus an extra $50 for a pet plus they then wanted extra money to check in early or check out late or reserve parking because there's only 3 parking spots in the back (for A LOT of rooms). 「Everything was great. The place was clean. Nobody bothers you, and it's very private with a great deck.」

「Room was disgusting. We were unable to shower for our entire stay due to mold and work looking things in the tub. Sink wouldn’t drain. Room was overall gross. The only good thing about this place was the pool. The one with the water slide is completely closed. Coffee was not drinkable each day and we had to drive to get our own upon waking up.」

「Our family was extremely disappointed with our stay. We picked this hotel specifically, due to the listing indicating that the hotel had a pool. This was extremely important for our stay considering my son is autistic and requires sensory relief. The listing is false advertisement. Tim, who worked at the front desk did not handle the situation properly, not only did he offer no compensation and/or token of apology, but laughed in our faces when we were visibly upset about the circumstances....

The staff was so friendly and helpful and made us feel really welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooftop pool was definitely a favorite—my children absolutely loved it and didn’t want to get out! The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to do, and having free on-site parking made everything so easy. We had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend staying here....
