Hilton Garden Inn Tewksbury Andover

Hilton Garden Inn Tewksbury Andover

8/10 Good
"The staff was extremely nice and welcoming! The common areas were well maintained and clean. Everything outside of our room and hallway were absolutely perfect. The only issue I had was that our room STUNK! The first thing that hit me was the smell of a man that smoked and used strong cologne to mask his body odor! It was not one specific area or item, it just hung in the air. The bathroom was just as bad! It smelled like someone used a soured mop to clean the floor. It was almost overwhelming. I probably should have called the front desk and got a different room but I had just drove 600 miles and I figured I could put up with it. The bed was fresh, well put together and clean. The towels were fresh and smelled clean, but the room stunk!"
