「Nice property, but lacks the charm of a welcoming b&b. Pool was quite small and staff were not that welcoming upon arrival.」

「The hotel was clean and neat the room smelled a little musty and you could hear the people up above us when they walked .I was not aware that you have to pay to park to stay at the hotel .Overall price wise it was ok .」

「Our family was extremely disappointed with our stay. We picked this hotel specifically, due to the listing indicating that the hotel had a pool. This was extremely important for our stay considering my son is autistic and requires sensory relief. The listing is false advertisement. Tim, who worked at the front desk did not handle the situation properly, not only did he offer no compensation and/or token of apology, but laughed in our faces when we were visibly upset about the circumstances....

「Wonderful hotel next to the sea. The property is conveniently located to the beach, restaurants, and stores. The room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the L'Occitane bath products! Bed was comfortable. Enjoyed our time and recommend staying here.」

「Great location in a relaxed atmosphere. A nicely appointed coastal vibe room, although the bathroom was definitely in need of an upgrade. The hotel is only 10 minutes from town no the ocean views were spectacular.」

「Nice stay in beautiful Marblehead. Pros: Great location to sites and beach. As a solo traveler, I felt safe. Bright, clean rooms and comfortable bed. Beautiful grounds. Convenient, free off street parking Cons: I must have read old info. No breakfast or bikes on hand. The brief time I met staff was helpful but then no staff btwn 6pm and 10:30am. The AC unit was extremely loud. I did not get a good night's rest because it was too humid without AC and too loud with it on even at the lowest...

「Beautiful castle building, free coffee at the reception, staff are very friendly and helpful. They even offered me a ride to the train station when the next train was coming within half an hour. Overall it’s a very pleasant stay. 」
