「It’s an old hotel, so don’t expect modern day upgrades in the rooms. The hotel IS great. Our room was good. A few things wrong with room but no bad, sort of. Our a/c unit didn’t work, so we had to leave the window open our entire 4 day stay. Not bad. There IS, also, a big window in the shower, which is facing the street. Talk about putting a show for all those outside. Our room had a great view, and so did the outside looking in. It’s even worse when showering, or using bathroom at night. Beware...

「The room was very nice and roomy but did have a bit of a musty smell upon arrival. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the fact that they offered breakfast was a nice touch. The biggest drawback really was the stairs. They are quite steep and difficult to maneuver with luggage. I saw another guest fall trying to navigate his luggage. I never would have gotten my big suitcase up the stairs by myself. I do have to say that the person at the front desk offered assistance if needed,...

「Location was 20 minutes from salem and 40 minutes from boston. Bed was comftrouble room was clean. They have a water machine in the lobby where you can refill your bottle. We did not know and spent a tone on water from there store」

「Property was great but please note that it was not accessible if a person can’t walk up a few steps. My Mom uses a walker so was a little challenging. Breakfast was fine and lobby was cozy. Staff was very friendly.」

「服务态度很好 配套设施不全 房间没有微波炉 没有烧开水设备 」

「good」

「There was no hot water when I tried to take my shower next morning. When we went down for breakfast most of it was out. The food was cold not really warm. The sausages weren’t cooked enough and cold. There is also pool signs everywhere when there is no pool on the property which was confusing. The room that we stayed was okay. But my family and I were not impressed with the stay.」
