「Nice property, but lacks the charm of a welcoming b&b. Pool was quite small and staff were not that welcoming upon arrival.」

「Our family was extremely disappointed with our stay. We picked this hotel specifically, due to the listing indicating that the hotel had a pool. This was extremely important for our stay considering my son is autistic and requires sensory relief. The listing is false advertisement. Tim, who worked at the front desk did not handle the situation properly, not only did he offer no compensation and/or token of apology, but laughed in our faces when we were visibly upset about the circumstances....

「Wonderful hotel next to the sea. The property is conveniently located to the beach, restaurants, and stores. The room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the L'Occitane bath products! Bed was comfortable. Enjoyed our time and recommend staying here.」

「Beautiful castle building, free coffee at the reception, staff are very friendly and helpful. They even offered me a ride to the train station when the next train was coming within half an hour. Overall it’s a very pleasant stay. 」

「Love this place! Have stayed here several times over the years. The room was nice with a good view of good harbor beach. Staff was very nice and accommodating, my only complaint was that upon arrival my room was already sandy including the comforter on the bed and a dead fly or two in the bathroom.」
