"We enjoyed our stay and due to the weather extended it an extra night with no problems. There is no front desk service -- all communication with our hosts was done through text messaging, but they were quick to respond, and our room was made up daily. The room was lovely and very comfortable. No breakfast or food on site, but there are good dining options a short walk into town. Great location for exploring the waterfront and downtown Rockport!"

"A few pros: Everything was fine, we felt safe there, the room was good overall. The staff was nice. Close to downtown rockport and close to Gloucester. A few cons: Do be aware that the ‘view from the property’ photos are false though, and actually a couple miles up the road. Seeing as I booked based on those photos, we were a little disappointed. I called guest services because our ironing board was broken, and despite saying they would bring one, they never did. We made do and ironed on the bed. There was a strip of lashes on the bathroom floor when we arrived as well, but I just cleaned it up."

"I booked this hotel because of the amenities. We got there and the receptionist said the pool closes in 15 minutes. The arcade was closed. The waterpark was closed. Everything was closed. We got there at 830. The waterpark didn’t even open the next day. Have no idea if the arcade did the receptionist would only tell us, just said it’s closed. Wouldn’t even tell us where anything was located..She was not helpful at all. The bathroom was not very clean, the tub had something in it. I am highly disappointed with our stay. Also no laundry."

"Upon arrival, our room had an odor of cat spray. I returned to the front desk and they got us in another room immediately. Our new room was clean and odor free :) The pool and the outside sitting area was not ready, so cannot rate those amenities. The fire alarm went off and we were unable to get back into our rooms afterwards, so we had to get new cards. No clue what happened. The Fire Department showed up and apparently it was a false alarm thank goodness. You must purchase your coffee and breakfast, but it is Starbucks coffee. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Location between Salem and Boston and close to the train station, so pefect location for us and our needs. A good 3 star hotel."
