Our stay was everything I had hoped it to be. The property and room was breathtaking. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We were in walking distance to shops & resturants. The train station was a 3min drive. Everything was amazing! Thank you 😊

Charming well appointed inn. The bathroom was small and the lighting in the room was not great. About a 7 min walk into town. I would stay again.

Beautiful property. We loved our room and all the attention to details like cute coffee mugs, glasses, wine opener, great bath and shower products. The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable!! Location was great and we loved walking into town for coffee, shopping, dining and ice cream. We loved our trip and can't wait to visit again.

A 5 minute walk to the shops! Quaint, Adorable place to lay your head for the night. We stayed in the twin bed room/suite, and it was perfect for us! Super comfortable beds, super clean place with nice furnishings. It was also quiet and we both slept like babies.

Very clean and lovely restored 1800’s home. Room was adequate for size considering a bathroom was added to make this a boutique room. We had two very large suitcases as we were traveling for 2 1/2 weeks so it was challenging for us to haul them up a narrow stairway and live out of them in our room as there was no dressers. I would recommend this room for light travelers. Comfortable bed!

Absolutely gorgeous property! Even though it's self check in, staff is around and are very attentive. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Easy parking in the back. Great access to downtown Rockport and beaches. Will definitely stay here again!

Very clean and quaint. Check in was keyless so we didnt see staff but their communication prior and the note left in the room made them approachable, if needed. Daily maid service. Great location as its a walkable spot but not in the middle of it all.

Lovely property with character and within walking distance to the shops and downtown area. I'm a taller guy so I'd make sure you pick a room that isn't the Mary Read. The shower was tight for me being over six foot but the room was great. Gentleman who you text for checking in/information was super helpful and very responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

The location is great and very well situated. It's ideal for solo travelers or couples, but not really suitable for families since it's just a single room. One thing we found disappointing was the lack of an outdoor seating area where guests could relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. I also wish we had been informed in advance that pets are allowed. Because there is no on-site reception staff, we could clearly hear dogs barking whenever the front door was opened or when people walked by the side of the building. We also heard barking late at night and early in the morning, which affected the quiet atmosphere. Other than that, it's a lovely place in a beautiful location.
