「Was one of the best hotel stays my husband and I have had in many years! Check-in a breeze, rooms large and comfortable with amazing Atlantic Ocean views, friendly and professional staff and a fantastic breakfast menu which is also loved by the locals! 「The location was perfect. Easy walk to main street and the harbor walk was just across the street. Easy drive to the Hammond Castle. Bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was small, but fine. The continental breakfast was very nice. John the owner was very attentive and kind. Thanks for the lovely stay.」

「Convenient location to Rockport and Gloucester. Room was clean and large . Beds were comfortable. Continental breakfast was ok for a continental style. Staff was pleasant and responsive.」

「Nothing was open, we had to go across the bridge but we received a couple of messages stating the restaurant/bar was open (but it was not).」

「Overall it was a nice stay at The Cove. Location was great for those of us not wanting to be right in noisy downtown. About 25 minute walk, and 5-7 minute drive to the heart of Salem. Room was clean, decor and styling was nice, and it was fairly quiet. The only negatives I have are that one day our room was only half done room service wise for some reason, and the original lady who checked me in wasn’t overly friendly. Not rude, but not nearly as helpful or friendly as the other guy that was...
