「The room itself was clean, however the garbage was overflowing in lobby, silverware was not filled even after I asked front desk for a fork. There was coffee and food stains not cleaned up by the coffee area. Our bathroom sink had very low water pressure. Maintenance was supposed to come back as someone was in shower. No one came back. 「This is a very budget motel. I was only staying one night, but there was no dresser or closet or even a shelf, if I wanted to unpack anything from my bag; just two hooks on the wall over the table. The motel had a very dingy feel to it-- not dirty, per se, but dingy. Stains on the ceiling, cigarette burn in the blanket. No tissue box. 「Have stayed here twice. Very convenient to the college, easy check-in. Both times we were here, there was a blizzard, but the host helped dig our car out and kept the property clean and passable. Would stay again. 」

「The hotel is under renovations and it does not tell you that anywhere before booking. The AC was effected because of this. The pool and public restrooms in the lobby were closed because of it.
