「大廳正在整修但訂房前未告知，房間裡的冰箱整個都冰滿洲際酒店要賣顧客的飲料，只留一瓶易開罐飲料的空間讓顧客使用，沒有提供網路，連最基本的慢速網路都沒有。」

「Our valeted car was scratched when it was returned, but the valet manager didn’t want to admit it, and the hotel manager never showed up and never responded the email. No one cares in the hotel unless charging USD55 valet fee.」

「Best hotel in Boston without question! The staff are exceptional, very friendly and attentive. The masseuses at the spa, especially (I believe her name was) Paula are very skilled and helpful with sore muscles and joints after traveling. La Padrona, Amar, and The Long Bar all have delicious food. I will definitely be back! 」

「The location of the hotel is very good. There are all kinds of supporting facilities around. I especially like the park opposite. It has a beautiful environment and is very suitable for walking in the morning and evening. room service is also very good and the daily housekeeping service is very timely. Although there is no coffee machine in the room, the coffee service provided by the professional coffee shop from 6:30 in the morning allows us to taste higher quality coffee, which is great !」
