"Parking fee was a pain, I had to go back out to get my license plate number after carrying in all of my luggage. Asked if I could give her the make, model, color and ME (Maine), she said no. Most hotels allow that! Then the app didn't work and she had to put through as hotel charge. Very frustrating. Then restaurant was very disappointing compared to the last visit. Menu had changed the the meal was subpar. Toilet in bathroom #225 was running and needs maintenance."
